Training in your own Home or Office

Some people feel intimidated or self-conscious about being in a group when learning something new.

For this reason we provide one-on-one sessions as an easier way to begin training.

This means that if you later decide to join in a group class, you’ll feel much more confident and comfortable.

Another advantage of one to one classes is that we can gear training to the individual’s specific strengths and weaknesses much more easily.

The training is very much about you.

All our courses can be taught just as easily in your home or office as in a training hall.

We have many students whom we teach in their kitchens, livingrooms and spare rooms.

We just move the furniture aside!

If your focus is self-defence, then realise that the need for it can occur anywhere and often in a confined space!
